About Us

Justin is originally from Jacksonville, FL and moved to Georgia with his family as a child. Carli was born and raised in Griffin, GA. As teenagers they both had a strong passion to serve in cross cultural missions. Throughout high school and college Carli served in Central America with various ministries. Justin spent almost 3 years in Romania as an English teacher and church planter.

They have been married for seven years and together they are following an ever-present call to take the Gospel cross culturally. They moved to Italy in January of 2013. Justin is one of the pastors of a church plant in Budrio, Italy. He also teaches English privately and in the local public schools. Carli enjoys filling her home with love and caring for her family.  The Mcghins believe that their purpose in Budrio is to give people the Gospel through working and living alongside them. They are trusting that God will use them as vessels for His kingdom wherever they are planted. Their heart and passion is the pursuit of Jesus Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom. Justin loves languages, reading, and parmiggiano cheese. Carli loves quilting, children, and Mexican cuisine. Luca is three years old and loves anything with tractors, eating, and going to the park. Ephraim is eleven months old and loves climbing, smiling, and people.
